2lbs away from 130lbs. i was meant to be there a few weeks ago but meh. new goal is to lose as much weight and get as toned as possible before my gf’s co-worker’s wedding in 5 weeks.

still feel fat. actually this was how much i weighed yesterday morning. yesterday involved sun, a burger, a twister, a chocolate bar, special k crisps and a bottle of wine. and sweet potato fries and a quorn burger. and 2 cans of diet coke. and a double vodka diet coke. so i may actually weigh 400lbs.

Girls girls girls do this!!! This is the workout that helped me to get rid of alot of the lower fat… if you are like me and end up rolling around :D put your hands into a diamond shape and put it under your butt to stop you from rolling, try it i swear you will see results asap 

Just did 30… feeling it

Before I stopped and became lazy this is the thing I used to do…do too many of them and you can’t move the next day though. Be warned! I tried 100 once early on and just sort of couldn’t move. 

i need to do this.. but i wont.. so il put it on my blog and continue to eat midget gems

back in the 130s after so long of being stuck around 141-143lbs.

the goal is to be 130lbs by may 1st. lets do this.

Actual fresh start

141lbs … only 2lbs down from last time i said i was having a fresh start, but i was around 150lbs just after xmas.

I now have the internet back in my flat so i can keep the blogging and monitoring up more often.

We don’t eat bad. We dont have bad food in our house. So this should be ok. Going to start going to the gym again. Signed up in January and went 3 times in a week the first week … then havent been since. Time to start again.

Also going to set myself personal tasks like doing squats and sit ups every day.
